hey everyone if you happen to have an
office job or you do any kind of work in
front of the computer for a long period
of time what’s most likely going to
happen is that your shoulders is going
to start to roll forward and that can
cause some really uncomfortable issues
for your upper back and neck if not now
eventually so today I want to show you a
very easy stretch you can do to help
that and that stretch is going to Target
the front of the muscles for the
shoulder and the chest so to get started
you’re going to find a corner of a wall
you could also use a door frame as well
going to place your hand against one
side of the wall arm at about 45°
angle and if this hurts your shoulder
you can lower your hand to about pocket
level and this will work too so what
you’re going to do is take a nice big
step forward in this case my right leg
is going to be in front of
me and you’re going to hold that stretch
feel a really good stretch all
throughout this area of your body you’re
going to set a timer on your phone for
about 90 seconds and once time is up
you’re going to switch and do the same
thing on the other side so give this a
