Wellness care!

Now that you’re approaching the finish
of your initial care plan, we want to
start talking about wellness care, which
is going to be the phase of care that’s
going to help maintain your level of
health and all the progress you’ve made
up until now. We want to make sure
nothing goes to waste
to stay optimally healthy even after you
finish your care plan. As you recall,
this is the line of optimal health. We
want to continue getting our care. And
say, for example, we get adjusted and
we’re optimally healthy, feeling really
good. Then as a week goes by,
our body starts to drift away from
optimal health due to just life’s
responsibilities and wear and tear. But
as we get adjusted, we’re back up and
we’re good. And the same cycle repeats.
And we want to just keep that easy and
steady for as long as possible. This is
what it would look like if you were
getting getting adjusted every two
weeks,
every 3 weeks,
once a month,
and if you were to stop getting adjusted
completely,
that would quickly bring you back to the
pain zone, which is what what we
certainly do not want.
We’ll make sure to find the right
frequency that’s going to be suitable
for you considering your health status.
Now, we have wellness plans which keep
wellness care fun, easy, and affordable.
For myself, as an example, I make sure
to get adjusted once a week and I get
myself on the decompression table once a
week because I know that that’s what my
body needs and it helps me stay healthy
and it adds longevity to my health. Now,
you may want to ask if you can just make
a call for whenever you want to get
adjusted again. and you can. However, it
is important to know that the healthiest
patients in our clinic who are the most
painfree always know when their next
adjustment is because it’s scheduled and
they have some form of financial
accountability.
And so wellness care is my favorite part
of chiropractic because it shows that
you’ve improved and you’ve really worked
hard to bring your life and your level
of health to where it is now. And it’s
just easy when it’s it’s quick and easy
and it doesn’t take much time and it’s
affordable. So, I look forward to going
