Hi, I’m Dr. Ernest Luong, chiropractor and clinic owner at Resilience Chiropractic. We’re a thriving chiropractic and spinal decompression therapy clinic here in San Leandro, California. My team and I are passionate about helping individuals find relief and healing through natural chiropractic care and non-surgical spinal decompression therapy.

We’ve been honored to serve hundreds of patients here over the past few years at our current location. If that’s you, I’m so glad you’re here because there’s a good chance we could help. As a matter of fact, I’ve myself experienced some of these health issues myself. In the past as a former high school athlete, I suffered many injuries. That left me in a lot of pain. I looked towards my medical doctor for help, but unfortunately nothing that they recommended or prescribed work for me.

This included painkillers, muscle relaxants, and even physical therapy. With all that, I remember feeling utterly helpless and hopeless. I was only 19, but my body felt like it was three times that age. Fortunately, one of the leaders at my church heard about what I was going through, and he recommended that I see his chiropractor for help.

At that time, I didn’t know what chiropractic was, but because I was desperate, I decided to go try it out, see if it could help me. Upon meeting his chiropractor, Dr. Mike, he did a very careful examination of my body. And he was able to explain to me that the root cause of my problem was actually coming from my spine, and that there were several bones in my spine putting pressure on the nerves going to my body, and that was what was causing the pain I was experiencing.

If we could just remove or relieve the pressure going to the nerves, then my body would start to heal. It was such a simple explanation, but it made a lot of sense. And so Dr. Mike recommended a very thorough care plan for me, and after completing it, I was pain free. Not only was I pain free, but my life was just so much better.

I was able to fully focus and concentrate. My relationship with my friends and family were much better. I was a much more patient person, and I even did better in school. So chiropractic care did not only remove my pain. And help me heal, but it gave me hope. And so my healing journey with chiropractic care has inspired me to educate and serve as many patients as possible so that they may have a similar experience like mine.
