Hi everybody. I wanna explain to you what chiropractic adjustments are today. It’s what we do all day long to get our patients better. Now, chiropractic adjustments are simply not cracking bones and joints, otherwise known as joint manipulation, and that can sometimes cause harm, and we never recommend anyone manipulate their own joints.
For that reason, chiropractic adjustments are done. Only after a careful consultation examination. Sometimes if needed, x-rays are used and studied before we give you your first adjustment. Now, chiropractic adjustments are specific and precise. We wanna know which bone to be working on and how to be working on it.
For example, if we’re working on your neck, we wanna know if we’re needing to work on C five or C seven. If it’s your lower back, we wanna know if we’re working on L four or L five or maybe your pelvis. Or maybe a combination of those two. If you go to the dentist, you want the dentist to know which tooth to be working on and what procedure to be doing.
Chiropractic adjustments help via five ways. They’re gonna help release pressure in the joints, improve mobility, increase circulation to that area, slow down the rate of degeneration, and wear and tear, and decay, and restore and improve proper nerve health. Chiropractic adjustments are great for you, whether you’re in a lot of pain or you feel amazed.
I myself get adjusted at least once a week. I hope this video was helpful and educational. Please let me know if you have any questions.
